  10. Weekly strength at our own, private outdoor “gym” facility (full Olympic squat rack, Ercolina pulley - same as used by all top ski racing teams in Europe, chin-up bars, TRXs, free weights, kettlebells, battle rope, balance beams, slackline, jump boxes, etc.)

  11. Silver Star early snow volume ski camp (extra cost) – on Dec 3-6, 2020

Winter training includes: Skiing CL and SK at Confederation Golf Course on weeknights, Canmore Nordic Centre, PLPP, Kananaskis, Banff area trails, West Bragg, and Lake Louise on Saturdays, ski-specific strength, and alternative indoor workout options when temperatures are below -18 C, or if there is lack of snow (for example: Oval Speed skating, PowerWatts spin classes, ski waxing clinics, yoga)
