Learn how to ski every kind of ski trail in confidence and style.  Improve your fitness, and have fun with a great group of like-minded skiers.


Ski groups and lessons for different levels are offered starting in September, November and January. Registration is now open. Please email us at if you would like to register, and we will send you a sign-up link. 


Learn and practice technique - uphills, downhills, ski control, turning, and ability to ski with confidence in all types of terrain. All lessons are held at Confederation Golf Course, in NW Calgary.


Mondays at 6:45-8:00pm

Lessons on Jan 7, 14, 21, 28, and Feb. 4.

Lessons on Jan 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.

Improve your ski stamina, ski-specific strength, endurance, and technique. A typical training week could include video analysis, lactate testing, ski camps, and intensity training.

100% of workouts are on-snow, weather-dependent.

We will ski primarily at Confederation Golf Course, as well as at Shaganappi Golf Course, and in ski areas west of Calgary, on the weekends
