Which group is best for you?

Competitive

Competitive is perfect for you if

- You have skied extensively and skiing is your main winter sport (it's ok if it's your main sport, period)
- You own CL and SK skis (or plan to own this winter)
- Committing time and resources to regular workouts and to following a training plan is doable
- You are thinking of racing this winter (so much fun!)
- You want to see how good you can be if you really apply yourself.

Foundations

Foundations lessons are perfect for you if

Whether you have NEVER skied before, or have been a lifelong skier but never taken any lessons, you will learn and improve your skiing in the Foundations course.

Recreational FAST

Recreational FAST is perfect for you if

- You own your Classic and Skate skis (or plan to, as of this winter)
- You want to get really good at skiing in both CL and SK
- 10km-15km+ ski is fun and enjoyable
- Social interaction & fun is high priority on your ski outing
- You commit to showing up at least 1x week, though the winter
- Passing people on trails is motivating and fun
- Getting fitter through skiing is important to you this winter
- Participating in a ski loppet or 2 this winter would be fun!

* you will be able to move UP or DOWN between the groups after registering, based on your fitness level and overall group fit.

Recreational

Recreational is perfect for you if

- You own your Classic skis (or plan to, as of this winter)
- 5km-10km ski is fun and enjoyable
- You ski badly or don't ski in Skate, but want to learn
- Social interaction & fun is high priority on your ski outing
- You commit to showing up consistently at least 1x week, though the winter (you can vary which day you ski with the group every week. You do not need to commit to the same day each week for the entire winter).

* you will be able to move UP or DOWN between the groups after registering, based on your fitness level and overall group fit.
